Welcome to our 8-week program, where you will be learning skills that can be practiced over a lifetime. While what is taught is quite simple, it is definitely not easy. But if you follow the course material closely and combine this with diligent practice, you will learn a whole new way of relating to tinnitus – and to your entire life. Rather than expecting a cure for tinnitus that does not yet exist at this time, by taking the MBTSR course you can begin to heal.

This course is designed to be taken at convenient times for you in a location of your choosing. Because the course is not live, you have the freedom to choose when you complete the Weekly Lessons and each daily practice on the following days of the week. At the end of each Weekly Lesson, you simply mark the ‘completion’ tab and you will be able to begin the next Weekly Lesson in 7 days.”
To participate in the course, you will need computer access. We suggest that the computer and the course be taken in a private room where you feel comfortable, and where there are minimal disturbances.
Please purchase Jon Kabat-Zinn's book Full Catastrophe Living, which will be read in conjunction with the course.
You may also wish to purchase a yoga mat to practice easy gentle yoga postures beginning in Week 3.
For first week's lesson, we ask you to have a handful of raisins (yes, raisins) available. Even if you don't particularly like raisins, please be sure to purchase some at your local grocer before Week 1 begins.
